Happy Cherrylicious Skirt

A Happy Skirt with the hem that took longer to make than the skirt!

There are fourteen scallops around it, each stitched to a template, clipped into the curve, turned and pressed before it will lie flat. Above, the Happy falls from a neat waistband into soft pleats. It is the same hand as the Hermonie’s collar, which is why the two belong together: wear them as a set in Cherrylicious when the day deserves it, or let the skirt carry a plain top and do all the talking on its own.

Cherrylicious is Liberty’s playful conversational print: hand-drawn cherries scattered in every direction, each worked with fine hatching so the fruit reads like embroidery. It carries the easy indulgence of an Arts Club soirée.
