How Do I Make Purchase?
You may begin by browsing our on-line catalogue on this website and select the item or items you may be interested in purchasing. These will be added to a virtual Shopping Cart. To confirm your on-line order, the items in your Shopping Cart will have to be Checked Out, a tabulation process through which the cost of purchasing will be summarised for you before you make the final step of payment. The order will be processed by us before we pack and ship the goods to a destination of your choice.
Do I need to register an account to make a purchase?
No. You do not need to register an account to make a purchase online. However, we welcome you to register for an account to be an Elizabeth Rewards member. This loyalty programme enables you to earn points for all purchases and allows redemption of discounts.
Are there any conditions for registering an account?
To register you must be over eighteen years of age.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
Should there be any change to the accuracy of the information that you provided when registering, you must ensure that your personal details are immediately updated.
What if the product is not available?
Every effort is made to ensure that all items listed online are available for sale. On rare occasions, a product may become unavailable before we are able to adjust the online listing. If this occurs, we'll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or refund.
Where an item is listed as currently unavailable, we cannot guarantee its future availability or delivery time.
Shopping Cart "too small"?
We use a dynamic "drawer"-style shopping cart that hovers over the right hand corner of our website. It offers a convenient way to view the items in your cart. It moves out of the way quickly should you wish return to your browsing. Clicking EDIT CART button from the drawer-style cart calls out a full page version of the cart where you are able to make edits and changes to your selection.
What if I have special instructions?
Should you have any special instructions, please click EDIT CART option from the drawer cart. We do our best to accede to your request within means. Where we cannot carry out your special instructions, we would notify you.
Which payment modes to you accept?
